The Power Therapies:

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful new method of doing psychotherapy. To date, EMDR has helped an estimated half million people of all ages to relieve many types of psychological stress including:

During EMDR, eye movements and other bilateral stimulation are used while you focus on disturbing material in order to desensitize you to material. More positive thoughts, affirmations and visualizations are used during the process in order to empower you, improve your outlook and raise your self-esteem.

Thought Field Therapy (TFT)

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) uses thought fields and the body's energy system to diagnose and treat psychological problems. It is a natural, drug-free system to eliminate negative emotions. I teach you to press acupressure points to help conditions such as:
